I'm still new to Rogues, but from what I read why go Hemo and Shadowstep? As far as I've seen Hemo is better with slower weapons because its an instant attack whereas if you use Shadowstep you probably are wielding daggers.

Just thought I'd ask.

Seal Fate/Hemo Build

I think that build will be the way to go for me at 70. It builds combo points real fast.

This is very true. The best way to make the most out of this build is to have a slow dagger(use it for the ambush) and then swap it out for a very slow one hand sword. I just posted a seal fate hemo build that can be used if you don't want to put effort into switching weapons.

Good to see we have the exact same idea on what makes a good SF/Hemo build tho.
