Dietary supplement experience

Do you take any nutritional supplements? I want to find something to support my digestive system that is natural, safe, without side effects, but effective. Any ideas?

I don't take nutritional supplements. I'm not sure about the effectiveness of dietary supplements. There are probably good options, but until I find something that suits me, I'll spend a lot of time and money.

What about reviews and comments from other people on the Internet? This is the point, that first you read and learn as much as possible about this or that supplement, and then you buy it. Personally, I'm currently taking Gundry MD Bio Complete 3. This is a great solution to my digestive problems, and I even feel like I've lost a little weight, which is very nice.
