Where can I buy a Faceit account?

I wish I could buy a Faceit account with 2,500 ELOs for my brother's birthday. I know how much he loves to play CS:GO, and he started his game on Faceit fairly recently. I think he will be happy to get a Faceit account at once with level 10. His friends will be surprised that he has such a pumped-up account.
