What is Scotch Whisky?

Single malt Scotch whisky is made from 100% malted barley and is distilled in pot stills. Blended malt Scotch whisky is made from a mixture of two or more single malt whiskies. Blended grain Scotch whisky is made from a mixture of single grain whiskies. Single grain Scotch whisky is made from 100% wheat or corn.
